Henry Edinger

Charismatic, forward-thinking and dramatically effective are just a few words to describe Henry.  From working at Aetna & Travelers Insurance since 1994 to forming EDI, Henry is a known innovator and change maker in Experience Design and Process Optimization.  His ability to diagnose operational breakdowns and gaps in service, and develop strategies for much needed change, is well known in the business community.  His planning and executional efforts are repeatedly proven to reduce operational expenses and increase bottom line profits.  With an unbridled passion for Customer Experience and Employee Engagement, Henry has spoken at more than a dozen conferences on Customer Centricity and the importance of Culture since 2011.

Delanea Davis

Why do customers buy what they buy, and what makes them loyal (or not loyal) to you? What is the right balance of rational and emotional when messaging to customers?  What motivates employees to exceed customer expectations?  These are just a few of the questions Delanea thinks about in her daily travels.  Delanea has always been fascinated by human behavior, and uses her background in research methods and organizational psychology to find patterns in consumer and employee behavior.  She couples this with the desired business outcome, and creates a framework from which a customer experience design is built.  Focus groups, ethnographic observation, and in depth interviews are just a few of the ways Delanea captures insights.  She then brings them to life in a meaningful way that illuminates the next steps for process and experience optimization.

Joel Evans

Joel is a Digital Executive / Product Accelerator with 25+ years of experience launching voice, mobile, wearable, and digital-based products. His specialties include unified communications, voice-enabled solutions, chatbots, wearables, digital transformation, analytics, and change management. Joel’s consulting framework for assessing a company’s ability to deliver digitally enables organizations to improve communications and process efficiency. He regularly speaks about digital transformation and conducts workshops and interviews with technical and non-technical leaders, and delivers a road map and recommendations for improvements, both from a people and systems perspective.

Andrea Fancher

A 20+ year veteran in market research, Andrea’s hunger for knowledge promotes her diversity of talents. As a dual analytic and creative with a keen eye for detail, Andrea has a particular aptitude for data visualization. She helps brings stories to life by making complex data easy to understand. Andrea is often involved in all stages of engagements, from customized product labeling for survey participation to presentations for industry symposia – and everything in between.


Customer experience

Scott Lefcheck

A Renaissance man, Scott grew up learning vital skills and cultivating his innovative nature on a small family farm. His early experiences would become invaluable in the world of global business. Scott has more than twenty-five years of experience in operations, project, and general and executive management in a diverse range of industries, including consumer research, insurance, education, and hospitality. He designed a visual communications process and seamlessly integrated the new department into a mid-sized full-service global consumer research firm. As a key multi-role team member on a new business unit build-out for a Fortune 500 company, he was integral to their earning a billion-dollar government contract, which continues to be renewed. Scott is co-founder and was managing partner of one of the first cloud-based educational assessment and survey platforms used on a global scale. His entrepreneurial spirit continues with EDI.

 Tim is a Human Resource professional with 20+ years of experience across multiple human resource disciplines in both profit and not-for-profit organizations.   Mastery level presenter, trainer and facilitator integrating organization mission, critical success factors and audience perspective to achieve desired outcomes.    Tim integrates wellness tools into his focus supporting leadership development, colleague engagement and wellness development through practical hands-on learning events, personal coaching sessions and innovate learning delivery approaches that integrate with the competing priorities of today’s work environments.
